This is achieved by the coordinator having an ongoing awareness and involvement in workflow of the unit. Duties include bed management, discharge planning, advocating for the patient/family, identifying supply and equipment needs and assisting with staff scheduling. Job Qualifications Required Qualifications Bachelor Degree/Diploma in Nursing Basic Life Support (BLS) Current BLS/ACLS/CRRT Registered or eligible for registration with the College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan (CRNS) Experience 5 years recent Acute Care Nursing experience, 3 of which must be in the specific clinical area and/or involve Charge Nurse or coordination experience required.
