Family Physician - Prairie North Health Centre

Job Description

The Saskatchewan Health Authority (SHA) Lloydminster is seeking Family Physicians to work at the Prairie North Plaza - Primary Health Centre. The position is focused on best practice, collaboration and teamwork. Physicians at the Prairie North Plaza - PHC work on an interdisciplinary team, including a registered nurse, mental health counselor and a chronic disease management team.

Relocation Package

Return of Service and Relocation stipend $15,000 for 3 years

Job Qualifications

This physician should be a team player, be able to interact effectively with patients, colleagues, staff and management, and function well in a high volume environment with a commitment to provision of high quality patient and family-centred care.

Qualified applicants must be eligible for licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Saskatchewan (CPSS) and have current Canadian Medical Protective Association coverage.

Compensation is on a Fee for Service Basis.
