We're looking for a curious and innovative advisor in global talent management to lead the engagement practice. Your role will be to support various engagement and talent management initiatives for our office and plant employees. You'll be responsible for measuring our talent engagement and using metrics, best practices, and benchmarks to propose innovative initiatives that will have a positive impact. Your contribution will be key to enhancing the plant and office employee journey at BRP worldwide.

YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

  • Participate in the design of the employee engagement strategy, roadmap, and activation for office and plant employees.
  • In collaboration with the DNA team, identify and develop KPIs as well as dashboards to help understand our talent dynamic and achieve desired HR strategic goals.
  • Deploy tools and implement effective engagement practices for employees working in the plant.
  • Contribute to the implementation of global engagement governance for office and plant employees.
  • Translate engagement and talent metrics into actionable insights through data reports for key stakeholders (HRBPs, Business leaders, DE&I council, etc.).
  • Empower HRBPs and Leaders by building tools and learning activities on our engagement platforms, metrics, and best practices.
  • Leverage industry benchmarks to propose and implement creative initiatives that boost employee engagement and wellness.
  • Participate in cross-expertise project development and deployment, including performance, learning and development, DE&I, wellness, and HR technology.

YOU'LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:

  • A bachelor's degree in human resources, psychology, career counselling, or a related field. Assets: Graduate studies in organizational psychology/career counselling/organizational development/business intelligence/statistics or another related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar role in a global organization.
  • Bilingual (French and English) to facilitate working with international teams and partners.
  • Demonstrated project management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks when working simultaneously on several projects.
  • Knowledge of Qualtrics and Officevibe platforms (an asset).
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret talent data and trends.
  • Strong curiosity, self-motivated to learn and deliver quality projects or take on new challenges.
  • Knowledge of best practices in employee engagement and wellness (office and plant).
  • Demonstrated flexibility and tolerance for ambiguity.

The selected candidate will be able to work from the office in Sherbrooke or the one in Montreal.
