- 3-5 years experience diagnosing and treating skin concerns
- 3-5 years experience in relaxation massage
- Knowledge of Dermalogica skin care line
- Waxing and Brazilian proficiency
- Effective sales techniques and retail experience an asset
- Outstanding and discreet customer service skills
- Schedule flexibility
- Strong team player
- Takes initiative
- Demonstrate outstanding customer service
- Explain treatment to client before beginning service
- Make appropriate recommendations on product purchases as well as facial frequency and pull products for clients to purchase
- Willingness to learn, understand and promote all spa services, product lines and memberships
- Maintain a professional work environment and appearance
- Communicate client updates to Sales Associate or Spa Manager to keep database up to date
- Attend offsite promotional events to promote the spa and services
- Follow all spa sanitation requirements
- When not in service, perform front desk duties
