What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Meet or exceed occupancy targets in all owned and managed properties.
  • Achieve sales performance metrics in each residence to achieve optimum results.
  • Lead and operate in a manner that promotes, and is aligned with, the Organization’s Mission, Vision, and Values.
  • Keeps current on trends for sales in seniors housing and stay abreast of new competition in Sienna market areas.
  • Provides leadership to the residences in the development and implementation of sales and marketing
  • plans, competitive analysis, sales sprint activities and community outreach.
  • Monitor sales activities; data mining and analysis of lead management and occupancy information,
  • review and provide analysis on weekly marketing reports and oversees the analysis of data; provide
  • support to residences on corrective action to achieve occupancy targets.
  • Conducts regular visits to residences and liaises with the General Manager and sales team members on
  • the successful implementation of the residence’s marketing plan and sales process.
  • Develops and implements a training program for sales team members including tours, discovery, closing
  • and leads management.
  • Creates and maintains Marketing Resource Guide and related guidelines for consistent use of marketing
  • and promotional materials.
  • Leads new retirement residence sales and pre-opening lease up activities, including recruitment and
  • orientation of marketing team members.
  • Chairs Support Services Office sales & marketing meetings.
  • Provide overall support and direction to Retirement counsellors (sales) to achieve optimum occupancy and meet targets for rental revenues.


Skills & Education Required:

  • Experience and formal education in Sales required, plus any of the following an asset: communications,
    wellness or recreation
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a sales role in senior’s services, housing, real estate, retirement,
    hospitality or an operations role
  • Retirement Residence Living experience is a HUGE Bonus
  • Must have proficiency in Microsoft Office; Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong leader and people manager – demonstrated ability to set direction, lead and drive change in an
    organization and to create a highly engaged team.
  • Travel to Aspira Retirement Homes is required throughout the province of Ontario
