How you'll spend your day…

• Providing in depth knowledge of our products and providing exceptional customer experience in the Bailey Nelson way
• Offering our customers proper eyewear selection & fitting of correct optical & sunglasses
• Supporting customers with specific lens measurements by measuring, fitting and adapting lenses and frames based on prescriptions
• Advising customers on lens types, frames and styling of products
• Offering follow-up customer care
• Building strong relationships with our customers by being your awesome, unique self

What you'll need to have…

• Your Opticians License in Ontario and in good standing with the governing college
• At least 2 year's experience in an optical store with optical dispensing experience
• A deep passion for supporting customers with their eye sight needs
• A detail-oriented way of being, along with excellent communication, organization and social skills.
• Exceptional knowledge of current optical theory, practices and application of knowledge
• You maintain current knowledge of lens technologies and general optometry industry information
