The Treatment Assistant Manager - Women's Program is responsible for oversight of Harbour Light's bed-based substance use treatment and recovery services for adult women. They supervise the Women's Treatment counselling and support staff, program implementation, and administrative functions.
The Assistant Manager - Women's Program will work closely with the Treatment Program Manager and act in all respects as the Women's Program Manager in their absence. They will work collaboratively with the Assistant Manager - Men's Program and provide supervisory support to the Men's Program in their absence.

Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. This includes 7.5 paid hours and 0.5 hours unpaid lunch break.
The Assistant Manager is on-call 24/7 for emergency matters affecting departmental staff and clients. The on-call schedule rotates between the Manager and two Assistant Managers, typically on a weekly basis.
The Assistant Manager works in an office within the residential substance use community care facility, located in the downtown eastside of Vancouver.
This position requires 0-10% travel, as this position may occasionally support VHL at community fairs/events within the Lower Mainland.
