The Registered Practical Nurse will provide high-quality, resident-first care while planning and evaluating individualized care plans to meet physical, emotional, and social needs. They are responsible for accurate documentation, including assessments and medical records, while fostering a safe and respectful environment for residents. Candidates must hold a current unrestricted certificate of competence as a Registered Practical Nurse with the College of Nurses of Ontario and possess valid Basic Cardiac Life Support certification. Knowledge of long-term care legislation and experience in gerontology or long-term care settings is preferred.
