A leading healthcare network in British Columbia is actively hiring Med-Surg Registered Nurses to support their medical-surgical units across multiple regions. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and deliver patient-centered care to a diverse Med-Surg population Administer medications, treatments, and care plans according to clinical guidelines Monitor, evaluate, and document patient progress using EMR systems Collaborate with physicians, allied health professionals, and care teams to support optimal outcomes Provide clear communication and education to patients and families Maintain safe, ethical practice in accordance with BCCNM RN Standards Qualifications Active RN license with the BC College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM) Minimum 1 year of recent Medical-Surgical nursing experience Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Strong clinical skills with the ability to manage a varied patient caseload Excellent communication, teamwork, and critical-thinking abilities Important Details 4–13 week travel contract (possible extension) Travel and housing accommodations provided Multiple locations across British Columbia Competitive hourly pay based on location and experience Overtime and holiday pay aligned with BC labour standards This high-demand travel contract won't stay open for long. Requirements
