The Palliative Institute is committed to alleviating suffering for patients and their families by supporting excellence in palliative and end-of-life care. We are a research and educational institute within Covenant Health focused on helping Albertans make informed choices about palliative care and advance care planning. We aim to serve as a knowledge broker and problem solver for patients and families, clinicians, policy makers, caregivers and researchers and to lead informed public conversation about palliative and end-of-life issues.
