Recruit and coordinate healthcare candidates, including screening qualifications, arranging interviews, maintaining recruitment records, and supporting offers, onboarding, credentialing, and international-hire documentation. Support internal HR operations by coordinating payroll, maintaining employee records and leave tracking, and administering onboarding, offboarding, the Code of Conduct, and HR policies.
