The Occupational Therapist practices in accordance with the Code of Ethics established by the Canadian Association of Occupational Therapists. The Occupational Therapist will be responsible for the provision of assessments, treatment interventions, discharge planning and community liaison. 1. Registered with the College of Occupational Therapist of Ontario 2. Graduate of an approved program in Occupational Therapy 3. Excellent time management, problem-solving and team work skills 4. Excellent verbal/written communication skills 5. Splinting experience

What you’ll do

The Occupational Therapist is responsible for conducting assessments, developing treatment interventions, and managing discharge planning. They also serve as a community liaison to ensure effective patient care coordination.

Requirements

Candidates must be registered with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario and hold a degree from an approved Occupational Therapy program. Proficiency in splinting, strong communication skills, and effective problem-solving abilities are required.
