Snore MD is looking for a compassionate Sleep Clinician to join our growing clinic in West Kelowna. Whether you’re a Registered Nurse (RN), Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), or Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT), this is your chance to step into a predictable daytime role with meaningful patient impact.
No additional certification required — Registered or Licensed Nurses can confidently perform this role with all relevant training provided by Snore MD.
Schedule & Compensation
- Hours: Monday–Saturday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (5 days/week, Saturdays required)
- Pay: $35.00–$39.00/hr + up to $5.50/hr in monthly performance bonuses
- Full time role – onsite

About the Role
As a Sleep Clinician, you’ll be the heart of each patient’s sleep journey — educating, coaching, and supporting them in a calm, unhurried clinic setting.
✅ What You’ll Do
- Guide patients through home sleep testing and CPAP/BiPAP therapy
- Review results, explain treatment plans, and answer patient questions
- Build long-term relationships through regular follow-up and coaching
- Be the trusted, familiar face patients look forward to seeing on each visit
Who We’re Looking For
- Licensed RN, LPN, RRT, RRT/RPSGT, or CPSGT — must be licensed in BC
- At least 3 years of experience in Canada as an RN, LPN, or RRT/RPSGT/CPSGT (including practicum and exams)
- Based in or within commutable distance of West Kelowna
- Available to work Saturdays (weekday off + Sunday for full-time roles)
- Excellent communicator and patient educator
- Comfortable using technology
- Proactive, compassionate, and eager to grow
