Overview:

Our Heath & Wellness Facility has a single treatment room available, and we are looking for one Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) to join our practice. Practitioners have the option to: room rental or IC splits available to suit your needs.

This is an excellent opportunity for practitioners seeking flexibility, autonomy, or the benefits of being part of a supportive clinic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality treatments tailored to individual patient needs.
• Conduct thorough assessments to create effective treatment plans.
• Utilize appropriate therapeutic techniques (massage therapy alone or in conjuction with acupuncture, depending on qualifications) for pain relief, rehabilitation, and overall wellness.
• Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately.
• Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming treatment space.
• Educate patients on self-care and the benefits of regular treatments.
• Collaborate with other team members for comprehensive patient care.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Be a registered member in good standing with College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO)
• Liability insurance
• Professional, positive, and passionate outlook, with a strong work ethic
• Excellent patient care and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and/or collaboratively as part of a team.
