Job Description: Provides direct client care activities including assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation. The General Duty Nurse is responsible and accountable for the provision of safe client care services and programs. Required to cover shifts in both facilities listed above.

Education
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN)
Other Education and Training
- Nursing diploma is acceptable
- Basic Life Support Certificate (BLS)
- Psychiatric Nursing diploma is acceptable
- Bachelor of Psychiatric Nursing is acceptable
Other Information
- Registered/eligible with the College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan (CRNS)
- La Loche is located approximately 347 km north of Meadow Lake
- Registered/eligible with College of Registered Psychiatric Nurses of SK - CRPNS
- May be eligible for Recruitment and/or Retention Incentives
- No guaranteed hours. Must be Available a minimum of twenty-four (24) hours per 3 week period. Must be available all shifts, short shifts, short notice calls, stats and holidays, where applicable.
