Registered Nurse ? Fulltime Nights (mix of 8 and 12s)

Wage will change with contract renewal.

The Registered Nurse is accountable to coordinate and provide the delivery and management of quality nursing care to all residents in accordance with the vision and mission statement of Lincourt Manor Inc. in collaboration with management and other care staff.

Qualifications:

• Current registration with Nurses Association of N.B.
• Dependable/reliable and will to provide minimum of one shift availability per month.
• Demonstrating strong clinical, communication, interpersonal, organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
• Demonstrate ability to function well as a team player
• Demonstrate ability to work independently
• Demonstrate abilities in decision making, problem solving and directing others
• Demonstrate physical ability to perform the duties of the position · Good attendance and work record.
