About the role
Senior Product Manager Location: Toronto, ON (hybrid preferred; remote within Canada considered) Reports to: Co-Founder & CEO
Help us build the operating system for the next generation of healthcare At Blair, we believe specialist expertise shouldn't be limited by the number of specialists available. Our platform combines clinical expertise with LLM-powered technology so licensed healthcare providers can deliver specialist-level care safely, consistently, and at scale. Today we support patients across Canada and the US through our menopause, women's health, urology, and clinical nutrition programs, and partner with employers to improve access to care.
We're entering a phase of rapid growth and looking for an exceptional product manager to help build the products that will define Blair's future.
About the role Blair is a product-first, product-led company — and this role sits at the center of it.
Reporting directly to the Co-Founder & CEO, you'll own two halves of a uniquely broad mandate:
Core product management. You'll own our direct-to-consumer funnel end to end — from first touch through conversion and retention — using data and patient insight to continuously improve the product experience. You'll dig into analytics, run experiments, talk to patients and providers, and turn what you learn into shipped improvements.
New product development. You'll take new products from zero to one, identifying opportunities across specialties, validating them quickly, defining what we build, and working shoulder-to-shoulder with engineering and clinical leadership to bring them to market.
This is an early, high-leverage role at a fast-growing company. Your decisions will directly shape what Blair builds, how patients experience our care, and where the company goes next.
What you'll do Own the DTC funnel — acquisition, conversion, activation, and retention — and improve it relentlessly through experimentation and analysis. Generate insight from product analytics, user research, and patient and provider feedback, and translate it into a prioritized roadmap. Drive continuous improvement of our existing products and patient experience. Lead new product development from opportunity discovery through validation, definition, launch, and iteration. Collaborate closely with engineers on scoping, trade-offs, and execution — writing clear specs and making pragmatic calls. Partner with the Co-Founder & CEO and clinical leadership to shape product strategy and direction. Define, instrument, and track the metrics that matter, and hold the product to them. What we're looking for 4+ years of product management experience at a technology company or a tech startup. Deeply analytical and data-savvy.You're comfortable pulling your own data, designing experiments, and letting evidence drive decisions. Technical enough to collaborate credibly with engineers, you understand how modern software is built and can go deep on trade-offs. Experience with consumer funnels, growth, or DTC products. Strategic thinking paired with strong execution — you can zoom out to where the product should go and zoom in to ship this week. Excellent communication with technical, clinical, and non-technical stakeholders. Openness to feedback and a low-ego, learn-fast approach. A bias toward ownership, execution, and shipping.
Bonus points: experience with LLM-powered products, healthcare or regulated industries, marketplace or telehealth products, SQL and modern analytics tooling, or zero-to-one product launches.
This role is for you if… You want to work somewhere product-first and product-led, where product managers have real ownership and real impact. You love the full spectrum of product work — optimizing a funnel one day, shaping a brand-new product the next. You form opinions from data, and change them when the data disagrees. You enjoy working directly with engineers and can hold your own in technical conversations. You thrive in fast-moving, ambiguous environments with ambitious goals. You want to build a company, not simply work for one.
It's probably not for you if… You prefer maintaining a mature product over building and improving new ones. You'd rather delegate the analysis than get into the data yourself. You need perfect information before making decisions, or prefer highly structured environments to early-stage pace and ambiguity. Why Blair? Healthcare is one of the world's largest industries, yet access to specialist care keeps getting worse. We're building clinical infrastructure that lets specialist knowledge scale far beyond the specialist workforce itself, starting with women's health, and extending across medical specialties. You'll have enormous influence over our product direction, work directly with experienced founders, and help shape the company from its earliest stages.
What we offer Competitive compensation and meaningful equity ownership Comprehensive health benefits Flexible hybrid work environment The opportunity to build one of Canada's most ambitious healthcare technology companies Interested? If you're excited about building category-defining products, making decisions that matter, and helping redefine how healthcare is delivered, we'd love to hear from you.
