Role Description As a Registered Massage Therapist at Massage Addict Milton, you will provide therapeutic and relaxation massage treatments to a diverse client base in an on-site clinical setting in Milton, ON. You will conduct client assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, maintain accurate and confidential clinical notes, and advise clients on home care and wellness strategies. Daily tasks include managing appointment schedules, collaborating with other wellness practitioners, and ensuring a clean, safe, and professional treatment environment. This is a full-time role that involves working with repeat and new clients, building strong professional relationships, and contributing to a welcoming, respectful clinic culture. Qualifications Current registration and good standing with the appropriate provincial massage therapy regulatory body (e.g., CMTO) and completion of an accredited massage therapy program. Strong clinical skills in assessment, treatment planning, and delivery of a range of massage techniques (e.g., therapeutic, relaxation, deep tissue, and remedial techniques). Effective communication and interpersonal skills to build trust, explain treatment plans clearly, and support clients with diverse needs and backgrounds. Ability to maintain detailed, accurate treatment records and uphold professional standards of ethics, confidentiality, and client safety. Demonstrated reliability, time management, and organizational skills, with the capacity to manage a steady client schedule in a busy clinic environment. Comfort working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary wellness team and openness to coordinating care with chiropractic, acupuncture, and other services. CPR/First Aid certification, professional liability insurance, and familiarity with infection control and hygiene best practices. Willingness to work a variety of shifts (including evenings or weekends as needed) and commitment to ongoing professional development.
