Les Avantages Associés à Ce Poste
Poste permanent à temps plein – 34 heures par semaine (9h-17h) Salaire de 60 000$ - 65 000 Bonus à la performance et prime de réalisation Travail en présentiel et horaires flexibles Assurances collectives 100 % payées par l’employeur Contribution au REER 2 semaines de vacances payées la première année, jusqu’à 4 semaines la troisième année 12 jours de congé maladie payés par an Congé payé entre Noël et jour de l’an
Responsabilités Du Poste De Technicien(ne) Comptable
Tenue de livres des transactions financières durant la phase construction Conciliations bancaires mensuelles des comptes de réalisation Préparation et soumission des réclamations TPS/TVQ Identification et comptabilisation des situations d’autocotisation de taxes Compilation et analyse des informations financières des gestionnaires immobiliers
durant la phase exploitation
Écritures d’ajustement mensuelles et conciliations Analyse des rapports financiers et comparaison avec budgets Préparation annuelle des états financiers Participation aux dossiers de vérification annuelle
Qualifications Requises Pour Le Poste
Diplôme en techniques de comptabilité et gestion Minimum 1 an d’expérience pertinente Maîtrise des logiciels MS Office, particulièrement Excel Connaissance du logiciel SAGE Excellente maîtrise du français (écrit et parlé), anglais fonctionnel Sensible à la mission des OBNL
