Senior Strategic Insights Lead Wanted!
The Senior Strategic Insights Lead will be responsible for reporting, analytics, and insight generation to support operational performance across Coverdale Infusion Clinics. This role will translate complex data into clear, actionable insights to help improve the patient journey, support decision-making, and meet the needs of all stakeholders. The role also requires a deep understanding of the Specialty Pharmaceutical industry, financial modeling, and business intelligence/insights.

Your Mission:
Analytics & Reporting
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance scorecards
- Analyze operational data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and root causes, then present findings in a clear and practical way
- Monitor performance against targets and support business reviews, executive presentations, and ad hoc analysis with high-quality insights
Business Partnership & Collaboration
- Partner with clinic operations, pharmacy, patient support program service, and leadership teams to identify business questions and translate them into analytics solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement enhancements, program efficiencies, and patient experience improvements
Data, Processes & Optimization
- Standardize data definitions, reporting processes, and KPI frameworks
- Improve data integrity by strengthening data capture, coding, and reporting practices
- Develop process maps, workflows, SOPs, business rules, data dictionaries, data flow diagrams, and data models
Strategic Initiatives & Delivery

Define business needs, assess capability gaps, and determine solution approaches

Develop estimates, cost/benefit analyses, and business cases

Lead testing and UAT (strategies, scenarios, test cases, SME coordination)

Support RWD/RWE collection, analysis, and alignment with broader business objectives
What You Bring to the Table:
Credentials & Experience:
-
Bachelor’s degree, (or an equivalent combination of experience and education) in business insights, data analytics, financial analysis, or a related field is required
-
5+ years of experience in business intelligence, reporting, analytics, or operational insight roles.

Strong experience with Power BI, Excel, and data visualization tools.

Proven ability to work with large datasets, identify trends, and communicate insights to non-technical audiences.

Experience in specialty pharmaceuticals, patient support programs, or healthcare analytics is required

Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Skills:
- Analytical thinking, problem solving, and data storytelling; strong written and verbal communication (including technical writing)
- Experience in cost-benefit analysis, business case development, and cross-functional collaboration
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, continuous improvement environment
- IIBA (or similar) and vendor/partner experience are assets
- English required, French bilingualism an asset
Compensation: At BioScript, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package and is determined within a range. Our pay ranges are based on the local cost of labor benchmarks for each specific role, level, and geographic location.
