About The Role

What if your clinical expertise and years of navigating the medical system could directly improve how AI advises the next generation of healthcare professionals? We're looking for experienced Medical Doctors and Physicians in Toronto to evaluate and improve AI-generated career guidance — ensuring it's accurate, realistic, and genuinely useful for medical professionals at every career stage.

This is a fully remote, flexible contract role open to physicians across Canada. No AI background needed — just deep professional knowledge, strong written communication, and a commitment to quality.

Organization: Alignerr Type: Hourly Contract Location: Remote Commitment: 10–40 hours/week

What You'll Do

Review career-related questions submitted by professionals at different stages of the medical career journey Write high-quality "golden answers" that reflect expert-level career guidance within the medical field Create objective evaluation rubrics used to assess AI-generated career advice Identify inaccurate, unrealistic, or incomplete recommendations generated by AI systems Contribute your real-world clinical knowledge — including insights into Canadian medical training and licensing pathways — to improve AI career coaching capabilities Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule

Who You Are

Licensed Medical Doctor or Physician with active professional experience Strong understanding of medical training pathways — including residency, fellowship, and clinical career progression in Canada Experience mentoring medical students, residents, or junior physicians Excellent written communication skills in English Able to provide practical, actionable, and realistic career advice Self-motivated and reliable when working independently No prior AI or tech experience required

Nice to Have

Fellowship or certification through the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada or the College of Family Physicians of Canada Leadership, administrative, or medical management experience Academic medicine or medical education background Experience across multiple clinical settings or Canadian provinces
