About the role

One Psychology Clinic is a boutique private practice in Midtown Toronto, and we're looking for a Registered Clinical Psychologist or Psychological Associate to join our growing team. We're intentionally building a team of exceptional clinicians who care deeply about their work, enjoy collaborating with others, and value both independence and connection.

Our philosophy is simple: hire great people, trust them, and support them. We believe clinicians do their best work when they're empowered to use their clinical judgment, encouraged to pursue new ideas, and surrounded by colleagues who genuinely enjoy helping one another (we have each other's back!). You'll not be micromanaged here - but you'll always have support.

About the Role As part of our team, you'll provide psychotherapy and psychological and ADHD assessment services to adolescents and adults. You'll have the opportunity to build a practice that aligns with your clinical interests while benefiting from a collaborative, supportive environment.

What You'll Do Provide evidence-based psychotherapy to adolescents and adults. Conduct psychological and ADHD assessments, including clinical interviews, test administration, report writing, and feedback sessions. Collaborate with colleagues through consultation and case discussion as necessary. Build a caseload that aligns with your expertise and interests. Supervise Master's and/or doctoral trainees if interested (additional compensation available). Contribute ideas for new services, workshops, groups, or other clinical initiatives.

What We Offer A consistent referral stream with thoughtful client-clinician matching based on clinical fit. Flexible hybrid work (expectation for some in-person availability). Beautiful, fully furnished offices in Midtown Toronto. Full administrative support, including scheduling, billing, client onboarding, and marketing. Competitive percentage split. Opportunities to supervise graduate students for additional compensation. A warm, collaborative team that values your expertise and independence. The opportunity to help shape the future of a growing boutique practice.

This role is for you if you... Value autonomy and want to be trusted as the professional you are. Take initiative and enjoy finding solutions rather than waiting for direction. Appreciate collaboration without needing close day-to-day management. Love learning and are committed to ongoing professional development. Have ideas you'd like to bring to life, whether that's a group, workshop, assessment service, or new clinical offering. Are excited by the opportunity to supervise graduate students and mentor the next generation of psychologists. Care deeply about providing thoughtful, evidence-based, high-quality care. Want to be part of building something meaningful alongside colleagues who genuinely support one another.

You May Find Another Practice a Better Fit If... You prefer a highly structured environment with frequent direction and oversight. You work best with close day-to-day management. You're looking to simply rent an office and work independently with minimal connection to a team. You have little interest in collaborating, contributing ideas, or helping a growing practice evolve. All of these are totally cool; we might not be the best fit and that's okay :)

Requirements To be successful in this role, you'll need to: Be a Registered Clinical Psychologist or Psychological Associate (or eligible for autonomous practice) with the College of Psychologists and Behaviour Analysts of Ontario. Be authorized and competent to provide psychological services to both adolescents and adults. Have experience providing evidence-based psychotherapy. Have competency in conducting psychological assessments Demonstrate strong clinical judgment and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Maintain professional liability insurance.

Why One Psychology Clinic? We're intentional about who joins our team because culture matters. We believe the best clinicians thrive when they're trusted, supported, and encouraged to grow. We celebrate initiative, welcome new ideas, and value collaboration over competition. Our goal is to create an environment where clinicians feel fulfilled in their work - because when our team thrives, our clients do too. If you're looking for a place where you'll have the autonomy of private practice, the support of a collaborative team, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact, we'd love to hear from you.

To apply, please send your CV and a brief introduction telling us about yourself and what drew you to One Psychology Clinic to info@onepsychology.ca.
