This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Field & Infusion Nurse (LPN) based in Canada.
This role offers an opportunity to provide specialized nursing care that directly improves patient outcomes and access to essential therapies.
You will support patients in homecare and specialty clinic environments, delivering safe and compassionate infusion and medication services.
The position combines clinical expertise, patient education, care coordination, and collaboration with healthcare professionals.
You will play a key role in ensuring treatment programs are delivered according to clinical standards and established protocols.

Accountabilities
As a Field & Infusion Nurse, you will provide high-quality clinical support for patient assistance and specialty therapy programs. You will be responsible for delivering treatments safely, maintaining accurate documentation, collaborating with healthcare stakeholders, and supporting continuous improvement of patient care services.
Administer medications through IM, SC, and IV routes in homecare and specialty clinic settings according to program protocols. Support and monitor infusion treatments while ensuring patient safety before, during, and after therapy administration. Complete clinical documentation, treatment records, and reporting activities in alignment with professional nursing standards. Provide patient and caregiver education individually or in group settings based on treatment requirements. Monitor and report adverse events, serious adverse events, and product-related concerns according to established procedures. Coordinate with patients, physicians, case managers, scheduling teams, and internal departments to ensure timely treatment delivery and communication. Perform administrative responsibilities including clinic audits, supply management, and operational reporting. Participate in virtual meetings, training sessions, and specialized client education programs to maintain clinical excellence. Provide consultation and support to healthcare professionals and partners regarding treatment programs and implementation. Travel within assigned regions and surrounding areas as required to meet operational needs. Follow all nursing procedures, health and safety requirements, regulatory standards, and ongoing education expectations. Provide standby or on-call availability when required to support patient care needs.
Requirements
The ideal candidate is a licensed nursing professional with strong clinical experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to deliver patient-centered care independently. Experience in infusion therapy, clinical programs, or care coordination will be highly valued.
Bachelor’s degree in nursing, clinical practice, health sciences, public health, healthcare administration, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience. Minimum of 4 years of experience in nursing, clinical services, patient support, care coordination, clinical documentation, or a related healthcare environment. Active nursing license or professional registration within the applicable Canadian jurisdiction. Experience providing direct patient care and managing treatment programs in clinical or community settings. Strong knowledge of nursing standards, healthcare documentation practices, and patient safety principles. Experience supporting infusion therapies, specialty medications, or pharmaceutical patient programs is an asset. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain accurate records. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate with patients, providers, and internal teams. Ability to work independently while maintaining strong connections with remote teams and healthcare partners. Commitment to compassionate, inclusive, and patient-focused care. Certifications in clinical services, care coordination, patient safety, case management, or healthcare quality are considered assets.
