As The Enrolled Nurse, You Will

Deliver safe, person-centred, evidence-based nursing care Assess, plan and evaluate care in collaboration with the Registered Nurse Provide clinical care, education and health promotion Build strong therapeutic relationships and work collaboratively within the multidisciplinary team Recognise and respond to deterioration, escalating care as required Support safe transitions of care and continuous improvement activities Work within scope of practice, including delegated activities, and support AINs, students and learners

About You

Our ideal candidate will demonstrate:

Current nursing registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) The ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team Strong communication and interpersonal skills A commitment to quality improvement, safety and professional development The ability to adapt to changing models of care and evolving clinical practice Confidence in supporting individuals with complex needs, including those exhibiting challenging behaviours
