Company Description OCD Wellness is dedicated to supporting individuals and families in regaining control of their lives through specialized, evidence-based treatment for Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD). Using approaches such as Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Habit Reversal Training, Cognitive Behavioral Intervention for Tics, and treatment for AFRID we provide compassionate care tailored to each person’s needs. Our mission is to bridge gaps in mental health services, creating safe spaces for clients to build resilience and rediscover their strengths. Located in Barrie, ON, we are committed to providing hands-on, accountable care throughout the OCD journey. Role Description OCD Wellness is seeking a dedicated Clinician for a full-time, on-site role at our Barrie, ON location. Key responsibilities include conducting assessments, delivering evidence-based treatments (including ERP, I-CBT, HRT and ACT), creating individualized treatment plans, and collaborating with families to support clients’ progress. The Clinician will lead therapy sessions, provide education, and work closely with clients to ensure their goals are met. Additional duties involve maintaining accurate documentation and participating in team meetings to contribute to overall program improvement. Qualifications Clinical skills in evidence-based therapies such as ERP, ACT, Habit Reversal Training, and Cognitive Behavioral Intervention for Tics Ability to develop personalized treatment plans and conduct thorough client assessments Proficiency in providing individual and family-based therapy sessions Strong written and verbal communication skills to maintain clear documentation and collaborate effectively with clients and team members Capacity to create a supportive and empathetic environment for clients while maintaining professionalism Master’s degree or higher in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field Current registration in good standing with a relevant professional regulatory body Experience in treating OCD and related disorders is highly desirable Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development
