As our school continues to grow, we are seeking passionate and dedicated AMI Montessori Guides to join our collaborative team. Current Opportunities AMI Montessori Casa Guide (3–6 years) AMI Montessori Assistants to Infancy / Toddler (Pre-Casa) Guide (0–3 years) If you are committed to authentic AMI Montessori education and enjoy working in a supportive, child-centered community, we would love to hear from you. Qualifications Applicants must hold one of the following: AMI Montessori Casa Diploma (3–6 years) for the Casa Guide position, or AMI Assistants to Infancy (0–3 years) Diploma for the Toddler (Pre-Casa) Guide position. Additional Requirements Legally authorized to work in Canada Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and classroom management abilities Current Standard First Aid & CPR Certification (or willingness to obtain before employment) Current Vulnerable Sector Check (required before employment) Important Only applicants holding an internationally recognized AMI Montessori Diploma for the appropriate age group will be considered. Applications with MACTE or other non-AMI Montessori qualifications will not be considered. Key Responsibilities Prepare and maintain a beautiful, authentic AMI Montessori environment. Observe, guide, and support each child's individual development. Present Montessori materials with accuracy, consistency, and care. Foster independence, concentration, confidence, and respect. Maintain classroom records, observations, and student documentation. Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues. Collaborate with staff to uphold the school's high standards. Promote a safe, respectful, and nurturing learning environment.
