About the role
Education: Degree in medicine, dentistry, veterinary medicine or optometry. Work setting: Private practice. Urban area. Tasks: May conduct medical research on human disorders, illnesses, preventive or curative methods. Prescribe medication and treatment . Refer patients for surgery. Study the nature, cause and development of diseases and the structural and functional changes caused by diseases. Act as consultants to other physicians.
