Your Role as a Personal Support Worker
Provide compassionate, non-medical in-home senior care, including:
Personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting) Mobility support, transfers, and fall prevention Companionship and emotional support Meal preparation and light housekeeping Medication reminders Dementia care and cognitive support Transportation to appointments and errands
What You Need
PSW certificate Valid driver’s licence (G2/G) and reliable vehicle Strong communication skills and a caring, professional approach Ability to work independently in clients’ homes
