Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive Territory Manager - Clinical Operations to oversee and direct all operational activities within their designated region of stores. This role ensures that all store operations comply strictly with internal policies as well as external regulatory and safety standards. The Territory Manager is responsible for structuring operations to guarantee seamless and cost-efficient supply continuity to customers. Throughout all responsibilities, the incumbent champions the organization’s commitment to safety, quality, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Compliance & Quality Assurance Ensure all operations within the area/territory comply with internal policies, external regulations, and safety standards to maintain high-quality performance. Manage quality control by addressing customer complaints, quarantining non-conforming products or services, and ensuring compliance with quality standards. Review and approve operational documentation and records to ensure all specifications and regulations are met prior to release or delivery. Serve as a Quality Control Designate when required, completing necessary regulatory tasks and training to uphold compliance.

Team & Resource Management Plan, schedule, and coordinate team activities to optimize operational efficiency and coverage, including managing on-call rotations for off-hours and weekends. Define staff roles, set performance objectives, and conduct regular performance appraisals to foster accountability and professional growth. Ensure all employees and contractors receive appropriate training, certifications, and ongoing qualifications to meet operational standards. Collaborate with senior management and Human Resources to support recruitment, onboarding, and retention of new staff.

Operational Efficiency & Customer Service Oversee delivery and service activities, ensuring adherence to contractual obligations and regulatory requirements. Maintain seamless operational processes and uphold superior customer service standards. Guarantee continuous supply or service availability to meet customer demands without disruption. Drive business performance by supporting, motivating, and developing team members to achieve sales or service targets. Implement and maintain cost-effective processes alongside accurate operational and quality record-keeping. Oversee the maintenance, tracking, and management of assets and inventory in accordance with company procedures.

Required Education & Qualifications: A post-secondary certificate or diploma in a technical, scientific, business, or management discipline is preferred. 3-5 years of demonstrated experience in supervising teams within a business or operational setting. Proven leadership abilities with strong skills in team management and development. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in standard office software, including Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace. Experience managing financial responsibilities, including budgeting and cost control. Valid driver’s license required.

Compensation packages are tailored based on each candidate’s unique attributes, such as expertise, background, credentials, and other relevant factors. This role is classified within a salary range beginning at $88,000, with potential for progression and increased earnings.
