About MORO MORO is a shared care platform. Families of loved ones with complex needs build one living profile, their routines, cues, and what works, so every caregiver understands them from day one instead of starting blind. We're live on the App Store and running pilots across the GTA, and we're expanding regionally.
Why we're hiring We have a product that works and demand to meet. We need someone to own the top of our pilot pipeline and turn interest into signed sites.
The role: Sales & Marketing Representative You'll be the engine that grows MORO's footprint. Day to day, you'll: Run outbound calling to care centres and support organizations Manage our social channels to build awareness and inbound interest Book and run 1-to-1 demo calls over video Own the full journey: cold lead, completed demo, signed pilot
Who you are Comfortable on the phone, organized with follow-up, and driven by hitting targets. Bonus if you've sold into healthcare, care services, or the nonprofit sector. Based in: Scarborough (Hybrid - 2 days per week in office or care sites - 104 Crockford blvd. Scarborough) To apply: info@moroapp.ca
