Services are delivered in publicly funded schools. You will have the opportunity to: Accept referrals that align with your availability, geography, and clinical interests Build a caseload at a pace that works for you

Control over caseload and schedule — accept or decline referrals based on fit and capacity Flexible scheduling that supports work–life balance, family commitments, or other clinical work Paediatric‑focused clinical support and mentorship, including consultation support for complex cases Clear clinical escalation pathways and risk support — you’re not on your own when complexity arises Strong administrative support, including scheduling, billing, and documentation assistance Mobile‑friendly documentation systems, significantly reducing after‑hours paperwork A sense of community and connection, even while working independently in the community
Many clinicians tell us they value the independence of contracting — but stay with 1to1 because independent doesn’t mean isolated here.
