Thompson River Dental is a well-established clinic in Kamloops providing high-quality general and preventative dental care in a patient-focused environment. The team is committed to creating a comfortable, welcoming experience for patients while maintaining strong clinical standards and efficient care delivery.
We are currently seeking a new team member to support both Grasslands Dental Care and Thompson River Dental in Kamloops. The ideal candidate will play an important role across both locations, contributing to a consistent, high-quality patient experience and supporting day-to-day clinic operations.

Compensation for this position ranges from $25–$28 per hour and will be determined based on experience.
Schedule:
- Monday - Friday up to 40 hours per week as needed at Grasslands Dental Care and Thompson River Dental

Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist patients as they arrive; ensure a lasting positive impression for them
- Responsible for optimizing the appointment schedule by ensuring the day is full, with limited gaps
- Effectively manage recall system and accurately maintain patient database
- Manage patient calls and inquiries about appointments, confirmations, amendments and cancellations
- Process referral letters and other patient correspondence upon receipt from provider; manage and file all patient records and charts
About You:
- Minimum 1 year of administration experience
- Clinical background and experience with dental software programs considered an asset
