Clinical Systems Analyst (AI Training)
About The Role
We're looking for experienced Clinical Systems Analysts to help evaluate and improve AI systems being trained on healthcare and clinical content. Your deep understanding of hospital IT environments, EHR workflows, and clinical operations will directly shape how AI understands and reasons about complex healthcare systems.
This is a unique opportunity to apply your existing expertise in a flexible, remote contract role — no career pivot required.
Organization: Alignerr Type: Hourly Contract Location: Remote Commitment: 10–40 hours/week
What You'll Do
Review and evaluate AI-generated responses related to clinical systems, EHR workflows, and healthcare IT scenarios Assess the technical accuracy, completeness, and real-world applicability of AI outputs Identify gaps, errors, or oversimplifications in how AI describes clinical system configurations, troubleshooting processes, or integration workflows Provide structured, expert feedback to help AI models produce more accurate and reliable healthcare IT content Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule
Who You Are
Hands-on experience supporting, administering, or optimizing healthcare IT systems such as EHRs, clinical applications, or hospital infrastructure Strong technical troubleshooting and system optimization skills Comfortable translating between clinical workflows and technical system requirements Detail-oriented with the ability to evaluate quality and accuracy at scale Clear written communication skills No prior AI experience required — your clinical systems expertise is what matters
Nice to Have
Experience with data annotation, quality assurance, or evaluation workflows Familiarity with multiple EHR platforms or healthcare IT standards (HL7, FHIR, etc.) Background working across multidisciplinary teams of clinicians and IT stakeholders
