How You Will Make an Impact Reporting to the Clinical Nurse Manager, the Program Supervisor enhances the dignity and quality of life of clients, caregivers, and staff through the delivery of person-centered services and supports. The Program Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the assigned portfolio, including the scheduling of services, onboarding of new clients, supervision and mentoring of staff, monitoring quality outcomes, conducting clinical audits, coordinating care with community partners, and supporting positive client experiences. What You'll Bring to Our Team Demonstrated commitment to the mission and values of Good Shepherd. Minimum of five (5) years of leadership and supervisory experience, including scheduling, attendance management, performance management, and resource management. Minimum of five (5) years of experience working with individuals with chronic health conditions, physical, mental health, and cognitive care needs. Diploma or degree from an accredited institution in health care, social services, nursing, or a related field combined with relevant experience. Nursing background is preferred. Experience working in community care, home care, seniors' services, or other healthcare settings. Strong clinical leadership skills and knowledge of leading practices. Proven ability to work effectively as part of an interdisciplinary team. Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, organizational, and computer skills. Strong leadership, mentoring, problem-solving, and time management skills. Current CPR certification is required. Applicants must have a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle Demonstrated commitment to professional development and continuing education.
