Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Physiotherapist role. The Physiotherapist will assess clients’ physical function, movement patterns, and medical history to develop individualized treatment plans. Daily responsibilities include providing evidence-based manual therapy, therapeutic exercise prescription, and patient education on injury prevention, posture, and self-management. The role involves documenting clinical findings, maintaining accurate treatment records, and coordinating care with other wellness practitioners as appropriate. The Physiotherapist will also participate in periodic team meetings, contribute to a positive clinic culture, and support clinic initiatives to enhance client experience and service quality.
Qualifications Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Physiotherapist in Alberta, with good standing in the relevant regulatory body. Strong clinical assessment and treatment-planning skills, including experience with musculoskeletal, orthopedic, and rehabilitative care. Proficiency in therapeutic exercise prescription, manual therapy techniques, and patient education for injury prevention and recovery. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with a diverse client base and collaborate effectively with colleagues. Ability to manage a full-time caseload, prioritize tasks, and maintain accurate, compliant clinical documentation. Demonstrated commitment to evidence-based practice, professional development, and continuing education. Experience in a multidisciplinary or wellness-clinic setting is an asset. Comfort working with electronic medical records and basic clinic technology.
