Overview We are seeking a compassionate and professional Massage Therapist to join our growing rehab and wellness team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional therapeutic massage services to promote relaxation, pain relief, and overall well-being for our clients. Should be Registered massage therapist in Ontario.

Responsibilities

• Perform professional massage therapy sessions tailored to individual client needs, including relaxation, deep tissue, and other modalities.
• Assess client conditions and discuss treatment goals to develop personalized therapy plans.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and relaxing environment for clients before, during, and after sessions.
• Keep detailed records of treatments provided and client progress in accordance with privacy regulations.
• Educate clients on self-care techniques and recommend appropriate follow-up treatments or referrals when necessary.
• Stay current with industry best practices and continuing education requirements to enhance skills and knowledge.

• Proficiency in medical terminology related to anatomy, physiology, and massage therapy techniques.
• Excellent customer service skills to ensure a positive client experience and foster repeat business.
• Strong communication skills for effectively understanding client needs and explaining treatment plans.
