About the role
The role involves liaising with internal and external stakeholders and collaborators, and supporting divisional operations and strategic initiatives. Key responsibilities include calendar management and meeting coordination; preparation and management of confidential materials; event planning; payroll processing and financial account support; coordination of physician recruitment, contracts, and reappointment processes; onboarding and space management, tracking data; preparation of correspondence, reports, presentations, and manuscripts; and project coordination for divisional initiatives.

This role requires the ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a dynamic environment while contributing positively to a collaborative administrative team. This position is located at the Queen Street Site.
