About the role

Care plays a vital role in supporting people to live safely, comfortably, and with dignity in their own homes. The quality and consistency of that care can have a real impact on someone’s daily life and wellbeing.

With our new 2026 pay rates, you can earn up to £15.50 per hour, plus paid travel time and mileage — including travel from your home to your first visit and back again after your last (over 10 miles). We’re looking for caring, dependable people to join our growing team in Tavistock and Yelverton, providing high-quality, person-centred support. We have opportunities available across a range of shifts, including evenings and weekends, with additional benefits offered for these hours. Whether you’re experienced or new to care, you’ll receive full training and ongoing guidance to help you succeed.

Support with daily living, including personal care, medication assistance, meal preparation, and general wellbeing support Provide companionship, reassurance, and emotional support Promote independence, dignity, and confidence

What You’ll Need
