Role Overview
A leading research organization is seeking Emergency Medicine physicians to contribute clinical expertise to frontier model development. You'll design high-fidelity scenarios, evaluate outputs, and help define how advanced systems reason through acute and emergency care.
What You Will Be Doing
Design clinically realistic prompts and scenarios rooted in EM practice triage, undifferentiated presentations, resuscitation, procedural sedation, and disposition decisions Author attending-level "golden" reference responses to establish quality benchmarks Evaluate and grade model-generated responses against structured clinical rubrics Provide detailed written feedback used directly by the research team to refine model behavior Participate in onboarding office hours and specialty calibration sessions
Who We Are Looking For
Attending physicians who are board-certified with a current, active, unrestricted medical license Final-year EM residents (recent graduates must be board-eligible) Fellows who are board-certified or board-eligible in their primary specialty with an active, unrestricted medical license EM/IM and EM/Peds dual-boarded physicians and EM medical directors are strongly welcomed Candidates must be able to engage as independent contractors; H-1B and STEM OPT candidates cannot be supported at this time
Role Details
Compensation: $130 $180/hr
Work style: Fully remote and asynchronous
Duration: Ongoing project-based engagement
