We are looking for a full-time Dental Hygienist to join our team at Westend Dental Clinic in Kingston, Ontario .

As a Dental Hygienist, you will play a crucial role in providing quality dental care to our patients. If you are passionate about oral health and have excellent communication skills, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Excellent sense of clinical autonomy, initiative and organizational skills
• Ability to perform dental hygiene procedures, including cleaning, scaling, and polishing teeth
• Take digital x-rays
• Enjoys engaging with patients to create a comfortable and friendly experience
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and provide personalized oral care instructions
• An eagerness to be a leader and work with the dentist to build a collaborative clinical environment to deliver high-quality care
• A strong interest in working with an enthusiastic team to shape a balanced and cozy work culture
• Experience in participating, or willing to learn to participate in continuous quality improvement projects
• Willing to learn to maintain accurate patient records and treatment plans

Requirements

• Valid dental hygiene license
• Graduation from an accredited dental hygiene program
