About Lifemark Health Group – Stronger Than Ever
At Lifemark, we’re more than a healthcare company — we’re a movement. With clinics across Canada, we’re leading the way in injury recovery, patient care, and prevention. Our teams are united by one purpose: “Movement to a Better Life.”
When you join us, you’re not just taking on a job — you’re becoming part of a mission-driven, people-first culture where your leadership helps communities thrive.
Your Opportunity: Bring your difference. Make a difference.
We’re looking for a dynamic, purpose-driven Regional Director to lead operations across British Columbia. In this role, you’ll inspire and empower Clinic Directors, create environments where people love to work, and ensure that patients receive the best care possible.
This is a role where strategy meets heart — and where agility, creativity, and solution-focused thinking are essential. You’ll drive growth, champion inclusivity, and set the stage for a healthier future in the communities we serve.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and inspire Clinic Directors, building high-performing teams rooted in inclusivity and collaboration.
- Elevate care by ensuring every clinic delivers consistent, top-tier patient experiences that reflect Lifemark’s mission.
- Use data-driven insights to fuel revenue, EBITDA, and operational excellence.
- Shape culture by fostering belonging, teamwork, and interdisciplinary care.
- Build strong relationships with clinicians, leaders, and partners — positioning Lifemark as the top choice for talent and future acquisitions.
- Manage budgets, KPIs, and resources with accountability and excellence.
- Ensure compliance with all regulations, maintaining Lifemark’s strong reputation.
What You Bring
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy, Allied Health, Business, or a related field.
- 7–10 years of senior management experience leading sizable, diverse teams.
- Multi-unit experience preferably in a healthcare environment or connected industry
- A proven track record in operations, strategy, and driving business growth.
- Inclusive leadership skills that build trust, empower others, and inspire results.
- Strong agility and the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- A creative, solution-oriented approach with the confidence to think outside the box when challenges arise.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
- Experience driving success in complex, evolving environments.
Why Join Lifemark?
When you join us, you get more than a role — you get to grow, lead, and thrive.
- Nationally recognized brand with a strong digital presence and solid financials
- Competitive compensation with a comprehensive Flex Benefits package (health, dental, and more)
- Paid Vacation and two Wellness Days
- $1500 annual continuing education allowance
- 30% Shoppers Drug Mart employee discount
- GoodLife Fitness corporate membership discount
- Employee Stock Purchase Plan
- A workplace culture built on mentorship, collaboration, and purpose
- The opportunity to increase access to healthcare in Canada and leave a lasting impact
