Role Overview
A high-impact contract opportunity for Hematology/Oncology physicians to contribute clinical expertise to frontier model development designing scenarios, evaluating outputs, and setting the quality standard for evidence-based reasoning in cancer and hematologic care.
What You Will Be Doing
Design clinically realistic prompts and scenarios spanning staging, treatment selection, regimen sequencing, toxicity management, end-of-life decision-making, and guideline interpretation Author "golden" reference responses at attending-level clinical quality Evaluate and grade model outputs against structured clinical rubrics Provide detailed written feedback that directly informs model improvement Participate in onboarding office hours and specialty calibration sessions
Who We Are Looking For
Attending physicians who are board-certified with a current, active, unrestricted medical license Final-year residents or board-eligible recent graduates in a relevant specialty Fellows who are board-certified or board-eligible in their primary specialty with an active, unrestricted medical license Specialists across Medical Oncology, Hematology, Surgical Oncology, Radiation Oncology, Pediatric Heme/Onc, or Heme/Onc fellowship Physicians who can communicate clinical reasoning clearly in structured written formats
Role Details
Compensation: $130 $180/hr
Work style: Fully remote and asynchronous
Duration: Ongoing engagement with flexible workload
