About the role
We are seeking a District Sales Leader, Western Canada to lead regional commercial performance, develop a high-performing sales organization, and strengthen strategic relationships with major healthcare customers. This leader will own the regional sales strategy and be accountable for order volume, revenue, profitability, forecast performance, and operating plan delivery across Western Canada. Field-based role – Fully Remote Candidates must reside in, or within commuting distance of, British Columbia, Alberta, Manitoba, or Saskatchewan. Proximity to Vancouver, Calgary, or Edmonton is preferred. Compensation & Benefits Target Salary Range : $107,8000 – $169,400 The Total Cash Target (Base Salary + Variable Incentive) for this position is CAD $179,300–$240,900 annually. Total compensation may be higher or lower depending on individual performance. Employees are eligible to participate in the company’s comprehensive Total Rewards benefits program, which includes: Generous PTO DC Pension Flex Dollars for HSA, PSA, or RRSP Stock purchase plan Education reimbursement Additional company benefits
