What You Will Be Doing

Develop clinically accurate psychiatry case scenarios and patient assessment workflows Create high-quality reference responses aligned with best-practice mental health care standards Evaluate generated outputs using structured clinical review frameworks Provide detailed written feedback to improve overall response quality Participate in onboarding and specialty calibration sessions

Specialists across Adult Psychiatry and subspecialties including Child & Adolescent, Addiction, Forensic, Consultation-Liaison, and Geriatric Psychiatry Professionals experienced in diagnostic formulation, medication management, psychotherapy evaluation, and risk assessment Individuals with strong clinical judgment and evidence-based decision-making skills Candidates with exceptional written communication and analytical abilities Residents, fellows, and practicing physicians with relevant Psychiatry training are encouraged to apply
