Operational Autonomy We are looking for a Pharmacy Manager who can operate with a high degree of autonomy. Lead Strategic Growth: Identify and secure partnerships with local physicians, care facilities, and community organizations. Innovate Services: Develop and implement new revenue streams, from specialized clinical clinics to enhanced patient care initiatives. Oversee Operations: Ensure the highest standards of regulatory compliance and operational efficiency. Community Integration: Act as the face of the pharmacy, building professional relationships with our stakeholders and diverse patient base.
*** This role is primarily for our Oakridge location; therefore, due to our patient demographic, the candidate must be able to speak Mandarin.*** Please note that there may be times you will be required to work at our Olympic Village health hub.
