Role Description The Practitioner is a full-time, on-site role based in Kitchener, ON, providing direct, client-centered care to individuals and families across various stages of the life cycle. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing and implementing care plans, and offering ongoing treatment and support aligned with regenerative and integrated health principles. The Practitioner collaborates closely with an interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated, whole-person care, and contributes to case discussions, care reviews, and shared decision-making. The role involves educating clients on health, prevention, and self-care, documenting clinical encounters accurately, and maintaining high standards of ethical practice and confidentiality. The Practitioner also participates in program development, quality improvement initiatives, and community-building activities that advance Generations Collective’s mission. Qualifications Relevant professional designation and licensure (e.g., regulated health professional such as ND, MD, NP, RN, RMT, PT, OT, psychotherapist, counselor, or equivalent), in good standing with the appropriate regulatory body. Clinical experience providing direct care in areas such as reproductive health, pelvic health, hormonal health, mental health, or life-cycle transitions. Demonstrated ability to work from a whole-person, trauma-informed, and culturally sensitive perspective, with a commitment to non-discriminatory, inclusive care. Strong skills in assessment, care planning, and evidence-informed practice, including the ability to integrate client goals, lived experience, and current clinical guidelines. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust, facilitate collaborative decision-making, and support client education and empowerment. Ability to work effectively within an interdisciplinary team, contribute to collaborative case discussions, and engage in continuous learning and feedback. High level of professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail in documentation, time management, and ethical practice.
