Experience Experience in the field of community dietetics is an asset Education Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics Licenses Valid Class 5 driver's license Competencies Organizational skills Time management skills Knowledge and Abilities Knowledge in learning and teaching principles Self motivated with the ability to work independently Demonstrates effective verbal and written communication skills. Ability to conduct client assessments and engage in effective treatment planning Knowledge of health promotion models & strategies Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office programs (Word/Excel/Outlook) Ability to develop, evaluate and modify programming provided to clients Ability to work independently and as a member of a team Knowledge in community development Ability to provide group education and support in area of nutrition and diet Other Information Registered/eligible for registration with the Saskatchewan College of Dietitians Registered/eligible for registration with the Dietitians of Canada (DC)
