About the role

We are hiring for a permanent part-time 0.81fte Respiratory Therapist at the Penticton Regional Hospital. This position works in acute care and participation in High Acuity Response Team (HART) transports is mandatory.

Days of Work: rotating days and nights

Shift times/Hours of work: 07:00-19:15 and 19:00-07:15

About The Role

In this role, you will provide respiratory care in alignment with Canadian Society of Respiratory Therapists (CSRT) standards and a client- and family-centered care model. You will work both independently and collaboratively to support clients with a range of acute and chronic cardio-respiratory conditions. This position involves consulting with other healthcare professionals, contributing to quality improvement, and applying best practices in respiratory therapy. You will also maintain and advance your clinical skills and may participate in committees, team initiatives, and approved research projects.
