Executing project research Preparing project proposals and presentations Traveling to execute project and field assessments, and provide on-field monitoring Building and maintaining relationships with field partners Managing project budgets Coordinating project activities with Teams and Project Services (TPS) Administrators and Mission Focusing Consultants (MFC) Managing daily project operations Helping to prepare assistant/associate team leaders
Additional Responsibilities
Lead international mission teams when required Attend team meetings when required Participate in general ministry tasks as required
Skills Required
Exceptional cross-cultural adaptability, understanding and communication skills Excellent assessment and evaluation capabilities Intuitive problem-solving abilities Competency in MS programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint)

Leaders who thrive in a team environment, enjoy traveling, and desire to help others effect and experience transformation, will also require the willingness and motivation to raise financial and/or prayer support.
