Family Physician – Cosmetic Medicine Opportunity
About the role
MDSearch is seeking a dynamic, patient-focused Family Physician (MD) with experience in cosmetic injectables to join a premier medical aesthetics clinic in Kelowna, BC. In this role, you will primarily work as a Cosmetic Injector, providing advanced aesthetic treatments including Botox®, dermal fillers, PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma), and other non-surgical cosmetic procedures. The position will begin on a part-time basis (1–2 days per week), with the opportunity to grow as patient demand increases. Experience or an interest in sclerotherapy is considered a strong asset. Required Qualifications and Skills: Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in cosmetic injecting (Botox, dermal fillers, PRP). Current license in good standing with CPSBC. Superior understanding of facial anatomy and injection techniques. Minimum 3 years of experience in the medical aesthetic industry.
Compensation & Revenue Sharing: The medical group’s model is performance-driven and rewards both clinical activity and leadership roles. Doctors can typically earn between $220,000 and $975,000+ annually after split, depending on their service volume, case mix, and scope of involvement in the clinic. Injectors are paid based on: Services they personally provide Services they supervise (if applicable) NOTE: Median doctor billings are around $500K annually, with many comfortably in the six figures. Top performers bill over $2M annually Non-compete terms (for 12 months, 25km / 15km major metros)
